Here at WOODVIBESONLY we ensure that our furniture arrives at your home safely and punctually. Our products are handled by experienced professionals who will package and protect it well for safe transit.
We take 4 weeks to produce your furniture and once we have completed our craft, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery time slot at your convenience, subjected to the availability.
We will like to highlight that it is your responsibility to check the sizes of the items purchased such that they will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before placing your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description on each product page.
Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. For orders above $300, delivery will be free. Orders under $300 will have to pay a flat rate of $50 for delivery island wide.
Currently we only deliver within Singapore.
If you would like your items to be separated into multiple delivery trips, additional delivery fee applies. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange.
Should you require disposal services, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange. Disposal fees may apply.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
All undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
Customers may reschedule the delivery at least 3 days before the delivery date, subjected to availability of next delivery slot. For re-scheduling of delivery within 3 working days of agreed delivery, penalty fees may apply.
NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE DELIVERY
Prior to delivery, our trusted logistic partners will call you to arrange for a suitable delivery time slot. Upon agreement of the time and date, the time slot is secured.
On the day of delivery, you will get a notification via SMS or call. If you are unable to take delivery, you may choose to reschedule the delivery, or get it received by your apartment security, or placed at your door step.
If you are unavailable or not present at the agreed time of delivery, the items will be returned to our warehouse and our logistics team will reschedule the delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
Upon delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at email@example.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.
In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund via online store voucher. All replacement of item(s) will depend on the next available shipment. WOODVIBESONLY shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by WOODVIBESONLY or to any comparison. All full refund due to defects will be refunded by the following: Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).
Customers who do not inspect the goods or surroundings upon delivery, accepts the condition as is by signing their acceptance on the delivery order. The delivery order serves as evidence of the condition of the goods and surroundings as at the time of delivery. Hence, any new defect findings at a later stage will not be entertained.
Should the building management reject admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled and additional delivery fees may apply. WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot. Customer is required to place any deposit to the building management for moving goods into their premises otherwise WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right to charge the full amount of the order.
ACCESS ELEVATOR OR OTHER INTENDED AREAS
Reasonable access should be readily available for our delivery team to access. It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in the intended areas. If reasonable access is unavailable or if it becomes hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway); we reserve the right to cancel the delivery with full charges born by the buyer. Should we proceed with the delivery in a non-hazardous condition, additional charges per item will be as follows:
S$10 per item per subsequent non lift-accessible storey will be collected. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
WOODVIBESONLY shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by WOODVIBESONLY or to any comparison.
