MOKKOMOKKO means woodworking. Here at MOKKOMOKKO, we believe in quality carpentry coupled with exquisitely beautiful materials to present fine furniture for your selection.

Where is your furniture from?
Our materials are ethnically sourced from around the world – highest quality Teak from Myanmar and walnut and oak from America.
The timber is then kiln dried to perfection to ensure stability of its structure before processing.
Finally, furniture is handmade in Singapore and SEA by experienced carpenters. All items go through a stringent QA/QC process before they are stamped with our mark of approval.
Can I view your products in person?
Definitely! You are most welcome to make an appointment with us at our humble studio. Please click the link here. We are also trained in architecture and interior design. Please bring along your floor plan for a free layout consultation with us.
Should I measure the area I would like to furnish before I place an order?
Yes. We strongly recommend that you take a measurement of the space where you will like to place a MOKKOMOKKO furniture. Do also take note of doorways / elevator widths to ensure that the products that you are about to purchase can pass through. This will ensure that your furniture arrives smoothly at your home or office. All our products have dimensions listed on our website. Alternatively, you can make an appointment with us here. Bring along your floor plan and we will able to advice you accordingly.
What currency are you using?
All prices stated are in SGD Currency.
What payment modes do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc. All payments are charged in SGD. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by MOKKOMOKKO.
I cannot find my order confirmation / tax invoice, can you please resend it?

Do your products come assembled?
MOKKOMOKKO furniture either come pre-assembled or semi-assembled. Not to worry! We provide white glove delivery and assembly service for for all items, this will save you the hassle of doing the assembly on your own. The delivery is done to your door step and our friendly delivery team will assemble and place the items at your preferred location.
Can I customize the furniture?
Yes! Just make an appointment here and tell us the dimensions that you will like to make the furniture. You can also bring your floor plan and we will be most happy to provide you with a unique and tailored solution.
How do I care for my furniture?
1. Solid Wood & Marble: Use a soft, lint-free cloth for regular dust removal. Clean using slightly damp cloth with luke-warm water with a splash of a mild cleaner. After cleaning, dry your solid wood surfaces with a soft cloth.
2. Fabric: Vacuum with low suction can be done with an upholstery attachment. This will remove the dirt and dust which, when wet, can further dirty your couch if it is not removed quickly. Spots and stains can be removed using a cloth moistened with mild soapy water-but not detergent. Depending on the sofa model, fabric can be removed and dry-cleaning is recommended for most fabric upholstery.
Can I self-collect the furniture?
Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment. Maybe in the future?
How will my order be delivered?
We work experienced delivery partners to ensure your furniture is professionally and carefully handled. Once your order arrives in our warehouse, we will contact you for a suitable delivery time to send your beautiful MOKKOMOKKO furniture over.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders above $300. A flat rate of $50 delivery fee will be charged for orders less than $300.
How long does it take for my item to arrive?
Under normal circumstances, we will be able to delivery your items within 4 weeks upon payment. For customised orders, this duration may sometimes be extended slightly. Close to this date, you should receive a call from us to confirm the delivery time and date. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you did not receive our call. What if I am not available during the appointed delivery slot?
If you are not able to be home during the delivery time, you can authorize someone to receive the goods on your behalf. The authorized person will have to check the condition of the delivered item before signing off on the delivery order. Should there be any issues, please report to the delivery personnel. We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery has been endorsed.

I received the wrong order, can you help?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your sales order number, a detailed description of what it is you ordered and what was wrongly sent.
What if I am not at the delivery address when my order arrives?
We will call you to fix and confirm a delivery day and time. In the event you are unable to be present to receive the items, our carrier may reschedule the delivery. To reschedule confirmed delivery time slots, re-delivery charges may be applied.
Can I specify a delivery date?
You will be contacted when your products are ready to be delivered and we will arrange with you a suitable delivery time slot that caters to your schedule.
If I receive a defect product, how do I submit a claim?
We are sorry to hear that. Upon delivery, please indicate on the delivery order that your product is defective. You will also need to email us at email@example.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or defects. We will reply promptly to your request.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel or change your order after completing the transaction, please notify us within 48 hours from placing the order. Any cancellation / change of order after 48 hours from date of purchase will be charged the restocking fee of 20%. All customised and sale orders are not refundable. All refunds will take 21 days to process and will be in the form of MOKKOMOKKO online vouchers.
Is there Warranty for the product I buy and what does it cover?
The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way. For all the details about warranty, you can visit the product warranty page here.
