As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at WOODVIBESONLY. By placing an order or making a purchase at WOODVIBESONLY, you agree to the terms set forth below along with WOODVIBESONLY’s Data Protection Policy and Terms of Use.

Return of Normal Goods (Non Defective)

We want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience at WOODVIBESONLY. Thus we provide a carefree return service.

If you change your mind, you can return it to us within 3 days of the date you received it. Please contact us at to kick start the return process.
Returns are subjected to the conditions below:

– We will not refund a product where the product has become damaged, defected or of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or use of it in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.

– We are unable to return products that are customised, sale items, items with fabric upholstery, ‘display’ items.

– Delivery charges from the first delivery are non refundable. Additionally, returns will be charged a delivery fee of $100. Re-stocking fee will also be charged at 10% of the purchase amount.

As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price – Restocking Fee – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$). Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order. Refunds will be credited to you via an online voucher at our store.

Returns of Goods Due to Manufacturing Defects

Upon delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.  Please note the following:

– Requests for returns of goods must be submitted within 3 days from receiving the delivered items

– Reported defects and damages are subjected to review. WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right to refute any claims that are deemed unacceptable. Please refer to WOODVIBESONLY’s Product Warranty for more information.

After WOODVIBESONLY accepts the return request, the item can be exchanged or refunded via online store voucher.
WOODVIBESONLY reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

Our logistics partners will contact you to schedule for collection of the returned item.
We will only perform the refund after collecting the returned item.
For refunds, the value of the item paid will be returned within 21 working days.
Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.


If you decide to cancel your order, please inform us at least 7 days before the agreed date of delivery. We will waive off all charges.

Any cancellation within 7 working days of agreed delivery date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This means we will refund you the following: Purchase Price – Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).
Refunds will take 21 days to process and will be refunded as in online store voucher.

WOODVIBESONLY reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
Cancellation is not applicable for customized orders, products on sale, items bought using promo code, clearance or display items.

Please check if the product(s) listed in the sales order are accurate.
If there are any errors in your order after 48 hours from the time of order, WOODVIBESONLY will not be obligated to fulfil the order.

WOODVIBESONLY will not be held liable for late deliveries.

Product Information

At WOODVIBESONLY, we do our best to ensure our products are presented as accurately as possible and described in detail. However, it is possible that our website may contain discrepancies and WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right to amend discrepancies or inaccuracies in our own time, even after you have placed an order.

Our products are handmade and we use natural materials, thus there may be variations between the product image(s) and product you receive. The beauty of nature is found in its irregularities. The furniture you receive will be one of a kind as each wood and log grows differently.

Colour displays also vary differently on various displays and screens. We are not liable for colour or shade differences between the actual products and our online images.

Should there be a need, WOODVIBESONLY reserves the right close or suspend our website indefinitely. We will try or best to provide updated and accurate content on our website. If there are discrepancies, we also reserve the right to make corrections upon discovery of these errors.

3-Days Price Protection Policy

WOODVIBESONLY provides you a 3-day price protection policy. Please notify us by emailing to us at within 3 days of purchase. The price difference will be refunded via online store voucher. This is not valid for items that are customised, on sale or display items. Items that use promo code or discount are not included in this policy.
